• Provide guidance on structure to lever returns.

• Negotiate directly with finance partners in order to maximize return and fees.

• Develop secondary and tertiary finance structures in order to lever up   returns for finance partner.

• Provide sources of debt, tax equity and/or sponsor equity to fund projects.

• Solops legal counsel to provide all contracts, formation documents, tax opinions, finance structures and due diligence in order to bring financing to close.

• Develop investment and management plan for all environmental attributes.

• Manage and execute implementation of investment and management plan.
